RECIPE: Challah French Toast 🍞
Recipe repost of certainly one of my favourite Sunday (or Monday …) brunches!
Four slices of fibergourmet challah bread
2 massive eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet of truvia
2 tbsp of choczero or sukrinusa syrup
1. Whisk collectively eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and Truvia in a bowl.
2. Dip challah in egg combination coating each side.
3. Warmth a sprayed skillet over medium-high warmth. Prepare dinner toast till browned on each side.
4. Switch to a plate and serve with syrup.
