INGREDIENTS:

2 lemons, juiced
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
Salt, to style
Pepper, to style
2 lemons, sliced skinny
100% olive oil spray
2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
12 picket skewers

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 lemons, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Add your shrimp and marinate for not more than 30 minutes.
2. Preheat BBQ over excessive warmth.
