RECIPE: Shrimp Marsala 🍤

Certainly one of my greatest meal preps but!

INGREDIENTS:
2 lb wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp mild butter
2 shallots, minced
Four garlic cloves, minced
16 ozmushrooms, sliced
2 cups hearth roasted crushed tomatoes
1 cup Marsala wine
1 cup low sodium rooster broth
1/Four cup fats free half and half
100% olive oil spray
Salt, to style
Pepper, to style
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
2. Warmth a sprayed massive sauce pan over medium-high warmth. Add shrimp and prepare dinner for two to three minutes on either side, or till either side is golden brown. Take away from pan and switch to a plate.
3. Utilizing the identical pan, decrease warmth to medium. Spray generously with 100% olive oil spray. Add mild butter, shallots, garlic and mushroom and prepare dinner till tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Add crushed tomatoes, Marsala wine and rooster broth. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add fats free half and half, your cooked shrimp and all juice that’s on the plate to the pan. Let simmer for five to 10 minutes.

TIPS:
★I like to recommend serving over zoodles or fibergourmet pasta and topping with grated Parmesan cheese!
