RECIPE: Stir Fry Broccoli 🥦

1 head broccoli, minimize into florets
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp much less sodium soy sauce
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/four cup lowered sodium rooster broth
half of tsp corn starch
100% olive oil spray
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rooster broth and corn starch.
2. Warmth a skillet over medium-high warmth and spray with olive oil. Add broccoli florets and sauté for five to six minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté one other 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Scale back warmth to low and add soy sauce combination. Let prepare dinner for one more 1 to 2 minutes.
